Soapboxing at Theatre Arts, Wesley Road, Observatory

Soapboxing is a monthly event for performers of any kind to test out their work or just perform for the sake of performing and practicing their skills. Audiences are introduced to new artists, new work and often the beginning of that play that ends up on a main stage.

For artists – Bring your monologues, standup, music, sketches – whatever you have that’s destined for the stage. If you haven’t got anything up your sleeve, just come to enjoy a rare night of theatre where the audience can see what is normally reserved for a performer’s bedroom mirror.
